I serve as the preaching elder (or pastor) at Beacon Church in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. 

I also maintain a website on the historicist interpretation of Bible prophecy at Historicism.com. 

I am credentialled with the British Columbia Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches (BCMB.org), and previously served churches in B.C., Alberta, and Saskatchewan. I have served in pastoral ministry for over 20 years.

I studied theology at Prairie Bible College, and after that at Northwest Baptist Seminary, completing an M.A. in Christian Studies in 2011. I completed a doctorate in expository preaching (DMin) at The Master's Seminary in 2024. 

In 2025, my wife, Heather, and I celebrated thirty years of marriage. We have seven children, 5 of whom are now adults. Heather is a passionate advocate for foster care and adoption. We have fostered 11 children so far and adopted 2.
